The TEAMQF Benefit Assessment

By comparing the Input Management quality with the quality of the current Asset Management Plans we can better identify the next immediate improvements to the AMP's that will offer the greatest benefit, ie. the activities that gain the greatest improvement in confidence level for the least unit cost. A benefit assessment component further assists the organization that has undergone the benchmarking exercise to determine which improvements have potential to deliver the greatest benefits over a given period.
